A 22-room villa hotel on a 300-acre organic farm in southern Tuscany, where the sheep, kitchen gardens and vineyards feed two restaurants.

Four nights on an organic farm estate in southern Tuscany, with a spa that uses its own herbs, then three inside the walls of an Umbrian castle with a candlelit bathhouse in the old wine cellars. Siena and Montalcino in between.
Open any day for the detail. Everything here can move: add a night, swap a hotel, change the order.
Fly to Florence and pick up the car for the drive south through the Chianti hills. The estate is on a quiet road between Siena and the coast, with gardens to walk before dinner.
Walk the estate with the gardeners, take a cookery class with the harvest, and book a treatment in the spa garden. One day goes to Siena with a guide for the Campo and the cathedral, and another to the Brunello cellars of Montalcino and the abbey at Sant'Antimo.
Drive east past Lake Trasimeno to a castle estate of woods and farmhouses on the Tuscan border. Ride out across the estate, spend an evening in the candlelit bathhouse, and take a morning in Cortona or Perugia.
Drive back across the hills to Florence airport for the flight home to London Heathrow.
